Eric Schaer
Chairman / Partner

Eric is a recognised expert with over 20 years of experience in international finance and private investment, advising on over €2 billion of transactions. He has a particular expertise in structured finance and has led investments in natural resources, fintech, and education. These have included arranging financing for various corporate and private acquisitions and refinancings. Although based in Azerbaijan, Eric has worked throughout China, SE Asia, GCC, CIS, and East Africa. Eric is fluent in English and Spanish.

Swe Min
General Manager, Southeast Asia

In 1993, Graduate bachelor degree (BSc, Zoology) from Mandalay University. In 1998, achieved Diploma in Business Administration from PSB academy of Singapore. 25 years experience of CEO at United Offshore & Marine Technology PTE LTD and Soon Hong Marine Services, Singapore. Currently, Chairman of Pacific Gold Resource Co., Ltd and Local Representative for Cail Trade & Invest MMC supplying petroleum products on Asia Pacific Region. Swe Min is fluent in English and Burmese.

Jorge Luis Chirinos Alvarado
Managing Director

Jorge has over 15 years of international work experience gained through international organizations, both in the public and the private sector in the United States, England, & Venezuela, focused mostly in the finance sector. In 2009 he achieved a Dual Masters Degree of Science in International Finance and in 2012 earned a Master in Oil Commerce and Politics from the University of Westminster. He went on to study law at Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela. Jorge is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
